Finanacial Manager (Click here for Job Description)

Full-Time position responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of accounting and financial functions of a local government agency with a multi-grant/revenue/funding budget resulting in unqualified annual audit. Ensures allowable, appropriate expenditures per laws, rules, contracts, policies and procedures. Provides Executive Director and administrative team financial analysis for program implementation, completion. Supervises MIS, IT and support staff. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple community and governmental entities.   Minimum requirements are 4 year degree in Accounting plus 5 yrs. experience in public/private accounting. Desired: CPA w/ experience with Workforce Investment Act and ORION Software.  With questions, contact Minnesota WorkForce Center-St. Cloud, 320.308.5702(V), 320.308.6444(TTY).  Closes 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, 7 September 2010.  EOE/AA/ADA
